Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 20261. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the PRO-TEK digital portal (pro-tek.rs), engaging our managed cybersecurity platforms, or commissioning autonomous AI and software development services, you or the corporate entity you legally represent unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully in light of the technical and legal specificity governing active security monitoring, simulated adversary testing, and autonomous algorithmic processing.
2. Scope of Services
PRO-TEK operates under official industry classifications 62.01 (Computer Programming) and 62.02 (Information Technology Consultancy), delivering solutions across six core architectural pillars:
- PERUN SOC 24/7/365 Managed Defense: Configuration, continuous MSSP telemetry monitoring of the integrated PERUN security ecosystem, and incident triage across endpoints and cloud workloads.
- Autonomous AI Models & Cognitive Agents: Design, fine-tuning, and deployment of multi-agent autonomous systems equipped with Enterprise Guardrails for automated business execution.
- Enterprise Hyperautomation & Workflow Orchestration: Connecting ERP ecosystems, national regulatory pipelines (SEF e-Invoicing, SEO e-Consignment), and secure banking interfaces.
- Custom Software Engineering & Cloud Architecture: Development of high-concurrency, security-hardened applications, APIs, and microservices under the Security-by-Design standard.
- Penetration Testing & Red Teaming: Controlled adversary attack simulations, vulnerability assessments, and web/network security audits.
- Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR): Rapid post-breach triage, artifact reconstruction, malware analysis, and evidentiary reporting.
Operational managed defense, offensive security simulations, and autonomous pipeline integrations are executed strictly pursuant to executed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) specifying technical boundaries, rules of engagement, and liability frameworks.
3. Client Obligations and Ethical AI Usage
- The Client explicitly guarantees full lawful ownership or verified written authorization over all infrastructure, domains, server clusters, and data repositories subjected to PRO-TEK security testing or AI pipeline ingestion.
- The Client commits to providing accurate technical context and necessary authorizations required for the seamless execution of contracted engineering workflows.
- Strict prohibition applies to any unauthorized use of PRO-TEK web portals, contact APIs, or public demonstration tools for malicious code injection, prompt-injection attacks against AI agents, or automated reconnaissance scans. All adversarial attempts are logged by PERUN SOC and escalated to legal authorities.
4. Limitation of Liability and AI Guardrails
While PRO-TEK enforces premier international defensive standards, the cybersecurity threat vector is dynamic and continually evolving. The Company shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from zero-day vulnerabilities in upstream vendor hardware, disruptions caused by third-party telecommunication providers, or actions executed outside the boundaries defined in the operative SLA.
For autonomous AI agents and automated workflow pipelines, PRO-TEK advocates and implements Human-in-the-Loop verification frameworks for high-risk transactional milestones (such as financial disbursements or final ledger reconciliation). The Client retains ultimate supervisory control over internal approval governance.
5. Intellectual Property
All source code, proprietary algorithms, PERUN SOC detection rules, cognitive agent configuration topologies, and the PRO-TEK brand identity are the exclusive intellectual property of PRO-TEK. Unauthorized decompilation, reproduction, or public redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
We reserve the right to revise these Terms to reflect technological and regulatory developments. All legal relationships arising hereunder are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes failing amicable resolution shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent court at the Company's registered seat in Kikinda, Serbia.
